DealSharp is GDPR compliant. Professional advisors use DealSharp to prepare for the conversation that decides the deal — voice-based negotiation practice against an AI counterpart that pushes back, with concrete feedback after every session. Every session runs on privileged, market-moving information, so we protect it to the frameworks our clients and counterparties expect: SOC 2 Type 1 complete, with ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 underway. AI
AI is core to what DealSharp does. We work only with enterprise AI providers under contractual data-protection terms, and customer data is not used to train third-party or foundation models. Inference runs in the EU wherever the provider supports it. The AI providers we rely on are listed under Subprocessors below.
Data Privacy
Protecting customer data is central to how we operate. Customer data is hosted in the EU (AWS, Stockholm) and processed under the GDPR, with a Data Processing Agreement and EU Standard Contractual Clauses available on request. All sub-processors are disclosed below, and we notify customers of any personal-data breach without undue delay.
